We provide comprehensive property management designed for coastal environments, where salt, sand, and weather can quickly damage assets if they are not proactively managed. We handle preventive maintenance scheduling, and on-site oversight to keep your property safe, attractive, and guest-ready. Our life sciences and customer service background means we treat each property like it’s our own!
Technical repair and services
We offer hands-on technical repair services covering common residential and small commercial property needs, including minor electrical and plumbing fixes, drywall and paint repairs, fixture and hardware replacement, and weather- and storm-related damage mitigation. We are comfortable diagnosing issues, explaining them in plain language, and choosing durable, cost-conscious solutions.
